Spring

However, that depends on when you see the start of Spring.

In 2024, The astronomical spring starts on March 19 and is the beginning of the spring season in the Northern Hemisphere and the autumn season in the Southern Hemisphere.

The meteorological calendar, spring will always start on 1 March; ending on 31 May.

In Ireland Spring is Febraury 1st. well we do like to be different.

I tend to go with the astronomical seasons. February is just too early and usually too cld for it to be spring. Yesterday though there were temperatures of 12C. which was definitley too warm.

I will keep to making winter warming meals for another few weeks.
