Are You Ready

Less than two weeks to go to the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

I am not letting the friendly against France dampen my spirits.

I have started on the preparations. A wreath for the front of the house is in progress. I am trying to find a small Irish Flag but I think I may have to make one myself for the wreath.

I have raided the shed for bunting but that has elauded me. This means a trip to Appletree for fabric. Moya, my trusty sewing machine, will come to the rescue.

So with less than two weeks to go I still have planty of preparations yet to complete.

First match against Australia I will be making the traditional Bray breakfast. I know kick off is way past breakfast time but hey, its a special day.

Tee shirt has been purchased. Trying to get an Irish women’s jersey is difficult but adding a large size to the equation and it impossible. This is somehting the FAI are going to have to redress. A bandana and I am all set.
