Christmas Rocky Road Biscuits.
7 inch Square Tin lined with parchment paper.
Ingredients
8oz Sultanas and Dried Cranberries mixed.
8oz Marshmallows cut into bite sizes
4oz Malteesers
4oz Crunchie bars broken into pieces.
8oz Digestive Biscuits crushed not finely crushed
1lb of Cooking Chocolate Milk (rather than dark)
½ pint Golden Syrup
14oz butter
Method
Melt Butter, Chocolate and Golden Syrup in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Stir to combine.
Add biscuits, marshmallows, Malteesers, crunchies, sultanas and dried cranberries. Stir to combine.
With a spatula pour into prepared tin. Mark squares in the surface and put into the fridge for an hour.
Turn out and cut into squares. Return to the fridge in a sealed container and eat as required.
