Scraps

A few weeks ago I did a sort out and found a bag of embrodery thread scraps. I had decided that this year I was going to learn how to embroider so finding those scraps gave me the push.

I received a Christmas present of an embroidery kit. I think it was serendiptious.

YouTube gave me my first lesson which I surprised myself by actually enjoying. Some of the scrap threads I used to practise. Now I have started on a holly leaf and berries which will be my new Christmas decoartion later in the year. Photos to follow.
